I help people be heard! I empower people to be the best version of themselves and own their power and value so that when they speak from stage, in a boardroom or performing at an open mic, the audience listen and feel what they are hearing.

After many years of acting and performing I found that through this journey, that was all fast paced and bright lights, I had lost myself along the way. I spent so much time performing and taking on multiple different personas that I didn’t know who I was anymore. Worse still was the realisation that no-one heard me anymore. I was left feeling isolated, lost and confused because where did I go? What happened to Tobias. Why was no one hearing me when I spoke? I was missing out on roles, gigs and all sorts of opportunities that I thought I would be in shoe in for. I had completely lost my identity.

Then I stepped away from the bright shiny lights of stage, glitzy parties and exuberant people. I realised then I wasn’t living my true value and from this I found my purpose, my driving force…..people!

I see so many people in a wide range of areas desperately trying to be heard, seen and recognised. I realised that I can help these people through empowering them with one of the most powerful tools a person can possess. Voice.

Through this journey I learnt that it’s not stage acting and performance techniques that get people noticed. It’s when a person can stand up and present with confidence, not in their script but in themselves. The Art of Non-Performance was born. I help people find their real voice, break down the barriers and help them see that their greatest asset in the world is themselves.

I work with a wide range of people, from those delivering a Ted Talk, or reciting poetry to an audience to those who want to create a greater impact from their corporate presentation because previously their ideas weren’t getting heard.

One on one coaching I teach people a range of different techniques to assist them in controlling their energy, voice control, be clear and concise and make impact through articulation. I help them find their confidence in their voice. To trust themselves and let them GET REAL!
