I am a senior business analyst with cross-over skills in technical communication, project management and change management which means I bring end-to-end experience on large projects. I understand the importance of building collaborative relationships and believe in fostering strong ties between project teams and the business.
I bring energy, vision and pragmatism to all aspects of business analysis. Throughout each project I work with developers, testers and business stakeholders to maintain a clear link between the solution being developed and the business requirements. I have experience in digital projects, user experience, usability testing, UAT and change management so I can successfully guide a project into production with high level strategic oversight, as well as more detailed practical skills in training and documentation.
I value trust, integrity, collaboration and a sense of humour in my team. I have Agile (SCRUM and Kanban) and waterfall project management experience and have a naturally collaborative approach. I can create, or participate in, a cohesive and efficient team and maintain momentum towards successful project outcomes.
